Prior to AlixPartners, Alok worked on top-line strategy issues for companies in the Life Sciences sector at LEK, a UK-based consulting firm. Previous experience also includes six years in finance and investment banking, with a focus on restructuring / distressed companies.
Led the GTM transformation for a $1.5B medical imaging manufacturer. Key considerations included re-drawing the global country footprint, transitioning customers from old product to new while minimizing attrition, and re-aligning the R&D pipeline with changes in overall strategy

GTM transformation included introduction of product / pricing bundles based on customer clustering analysis and a salesforce effectiveness analysis to improve new product sales and customer retention
